Did you know that skin cleansers promote a youthful skin? If you want to keep your face looking as youthful as possible you need a proper hygiene. In LifeCell we want to let you know how you can clean your face properly.

A lot of people are under the impression that bad skin is a result of dirty skin, but it is not. Your genes, lifestyle and diet are among the elements that affect to your skin. A person with a diet based on fast food will never have the same skin quality than for example a vegetarian person. This is because real and natural food provides us with nutrients unlike french fries which can’t give anything positive to your skin.

People say that washing your face twice a day your face is enough, but it depends on your skin type. If you have dry skin you only need to wash it once a day while if you have oily skin you should wash it more often. Remember to wash your face gently as it is very sensitive.

Here a is the skin cleansing routine:

  • Do not touch your face: your hands are dirty almost all the time. They are in contact with bacteria all day long and they can be transferred from your hands to your face in one second. Dirt can be trapped in your pores making unattractive pimples.  If you need to touch your face, wash and dry your hands properly.
  • Determinate your skin type and buy special products for it. They will help your skin with their specific issues.
  • Don’t squeeze your pimples: it’s something that you simply can’t do. You may think that it will make the pimple disappear but it will not, it will only make it worse and will leave a very memorable scar on your face.
  • Special skincare products: these are very important, so if you don’t have them it’s time to buy some. Which products do you need most? It depends on your skin type, but you will always need at least a cleanser, a toner and a moisturizer. You can use an exfoliator and some facemasks that we have mentioned in other articles.
  • Cleanse, tone and moisturize your face twice a day: the ideal times are before you apply your make up and at night for removing your makeup. Never go to sleep while still wearing your makeup, its one of the worst things that you can do to your skin.
  • Exfoliate your skin at least twice per week.
  • Apply a facemask at least twice per week.
  • Make a weekly routine for your skin and enjoy your new glowing skin.
